Tibia Knight Equipment Guide

Best-in-slot gear for Knight plus 7 elemental protection variations. Each set includes a stat table that sums every piece's contributions.

Knight is Tibia's dedicated melee tank — the vocation designed to absorb hits so the rest of the team doesn't have to. Knights wield a one-handed Sword, Axe or Club alongside a shield, and the Shielding skill directly reduces how much damage reaches their HP bar. Because Knights depend on blocking rather than dodging, their BIS prioritizes raw armor and physical mitigation over damage: a well-equipped Knight should be able to tank most melee creatures without needing to retreat for sustain.

The balanced BIS is built around the Sanguine armor line because the Sanguine pieces grant stacking Avatar cooldown reductions and critical-damage augments that scale with every Fierce Berserk cast. Sanguine Legs are the keystone — they give −900s cooldown on Avatar of Steel and +8% crit damage, which are the two augments every end-game Knight loadout is built around. Soulbastion is the current BIS shield for its 42 defense and +4 Shielding, and Void Boots pair with the Sanguine set for passive HP/Mana regen that eliminates most of the sustain downtime on long hunts.

Elemental variations swap in when the hunt actually hits the Knight with that element. Physical protection is almost always the default — Knights absorb more melee damage than any other vocation, and the physical variation stacks over 25% physical mitigation. Fire protection matters for dragons and Lava content, Ice for undead and Northern spawns, Earth for serpent-type creatures. The physical BIS is strictly stronger for mixed hunts, so only swap when the specific boss or spawn demands it.

Frequently asked questions

+ What's the best Knight weapon in Tibia?

The Stellar Moonsilver Épée is the current BIS for Tibia Knights at level 1000+, giving +5 to all melee skills. For earlier levels, the Falcon Longsword and Grand Sanguine Coil are strong alternatives.

+ Which element should a Knight protect against first?

Physical protection is top priority since Knights absorb most melee damage. For specific hunts, swap to the elemental set that matches the creature (Fire against dragons, Energy against undead, Earth against serpents, etc.).

+ Does the Sanguine set give augments for Knights?

Yes. The Sanguine Legs give −900s cooldown on Avatar of Steel plus +8% critical damage on Fierce Berserk. Combined with Void Boots' passive HP/Mana regeneration, the Sanguine set is the current end-game Knight loadout.

+ What's the best Knight shield in Tibia?

Soulbastion is BIS at level 400+, offering 42 defense, +4 Shielding, and 2 imbue slots. For elemental content, Lion Shield and Falcon Escutcheon are swap-ins that trade shielding for resists.
